EILEEN BURNHAM JONES Born: August 20, 1915 Died: January 12, 2009
My grandmother passed away Monday, January 12, 2009, in Thatcher, Arizona - she was a woman of integrity, loyalty and had a great testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. She was 93 yrs. old at the time of her passing - her legacy is great and she will be missed.
"And, if you keep my commandments and endure to the end you shall have eternal life, which gift is the greatest of all gifts of God." (D&C 14:7)
Sherri, wow, how did you find my blog. I was so surprised! Great to hear from you. Gosh it's been forever! How are you? You have a beautiful family. Sorry to hear about your grandma - it looks like she passed away 2 days after my dad. Tell your mom hello for me. Aren't blogs fun? It's such a good way to keep in touch. Well I'll be checking in on you if thats ok.

Is there Room in Our lives for Him?
In Relief Society the question was asked "Is there room in the Inn of our hearts for the Savior?" Is there room for His doctrines, His ordinances, His teachings, His example? This world with all of its attractions crowds Him out of our hearts. Even with all the warmth, love and special feelings at Christmas time, the tinsel, the gifts, the parties, the sales, the commersialism often leave no room for the Lord. The simple words "no room for them" - and especially for Him, the Son of God - are the great indictment of our day."
I have been married for 19 years. We live in Utah. I love running, being with my family, reading and doing volunteer work in the school. My hubby is an urologist - we have three children and one dog.
